Add attribute and camera defines
Model attributes are prefixed with HU3D_ATTR_. Motion attributes are prefixed with HU3D_MOTATTR. Cluster attributes are prefixed with HU3D_CLUSTER_ATTR. Cameras are identified with a HU3D_CAM constant
